*There is an additional 12% service charge and a government tax of 7%. A 50% deposit is required at booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The villa is designed for a maximum of ten guests. Please contact Smiths Gore for availability, complete rental rates and payment information. Guests are responsible for long-distance and facsimile charges.

Rental rates for 2009 will continue through 2010.

Return guests may enjoy a special rate of a 10 nights-stay for the price of 8 nights and/or 7 nights-stay for the price of 6 nights. Additionally, enjoy a complimentary full dinner prepared by a chef for in-house guests.

All guests will receive a beautiful welcome basket upon arrival, including a refreshing cheese and fruit platter.
